Actually, even for the current convention which a service is usually stated as 60 minutes, we are experiencing like about 10-minute buffering time.
In this case, if the 45-minute is fully made use then should be reasonable. I am afraid the system will be abused where the ML imposes another 10-minute buffer within the 45-minute.
However, I won't entertain this kinda system at this moment.
