An info to share.
Hotel 21 has imposed a charge for cancellation of rooms after booking.
If driver reserve the room, he will need to pay if cancel.
If driver do not pay, the reception will need to pay.
Heard it was due to recent shortage of rooms and too many last minute cancellation.
