If you are new to KL, most probably you are a foreigner or not used to this area called ACE which is a ghetto filled with rubbish, dirty stairways, broken escalators, old and creaky lifts....my advice don't come to ACE.
Go to Beach Club near Hotel Shangrila. Can pick up FL.
ACE is just a hawker center, and kopi tiam ...just come, sit, drink, choose, up ,and fuck, pay and come down. nothing interesting.
It is not just a fish tank but a very big smoke salmon tank
