And all for 1 objective, Your confirmed slot at 330PM with "HARU". I do not see the need that i have to explain every single detail over this matter again over here in SBF as i believe my conversation with you over the phone earlier has already clear your doubts over this matter and you acknowledge it over the phone too as well. We both agreed that this misunderstanding actually involves a total of 4 individuals and you know deep down who is the root to the whole misunderstanding. I have since apologize to you over the phone at least 3 times and Service Recovery has been offered to you as well. I do hope you can be mindful of your words. Nontheless, I still hope to see you visit us anytime soon again.
