Your friend is speaking through the wrong orifice.


Think you and your friend do not owned cars or drive through ERPs. And he is wasting his saliva.


The LTA will write to you and you will have to drive to one of the inspection centres to have the IU inspected.


Think of the time and inconvenience including additional petrol to have the IU inspected by LTA.
