Heck, even in your own housing block, you will notice new people, not regular residents, riding the lift, right?
Do you know it's AV for sure? Sometimes, thru cctv system, the guards notice the goings-on, then notify the unit owner what his tenant is up to, then owner will quietly tell the tenant to get lost. Last time, another stable, one FL told me she had to evac suddenly in the middle of the night, even leaving her shoes behind! Ended up in hotel.
