In the current market, other than those working in spas, almost all the MLs and FLs are freelancers. They do not work under any OKT; they are in effect their own bosses. During the old days when the girls are under OKTs, they are subject to the rules/regulations/requirements/standards of their respective OKTs. Without such control, the determining factor in whether a ML or FL provides good service or not is her own service attitude, and not her charges. It doesn't mean that a girl charging $220 provides more and better service than one charging $100. Generally, what you expect is that the higher the charges, the more chio or solid the girls' external attributes are. Even then, it doesn't mean that one charging $220 is more chio than another charging $180, because it is the girls themselves who set their own charges. Someone who charges $220 may be misguided, or does not want too many customers or really have a lot of confidence in her own physical appearance.
