I think it is due to moderators delete post after the post has been indexed in the database.
Compiling FRs is never an easy task to be done manually, especially when FRs are posted all over the place in this thread. Browsing through this thread page by page looking for FRs is already difficult, some more the moderator needs to organize the info into compilation. He might need some tools to assist him.
