Generally, Abby's playability is very limited. I foresee it would require very much time and money invested in order to bring the fun to the next level.
However, I suppose giving those pair of "puffy" nipples couple of wet licks should be OK. It looks like the bottom of peach... well, if you like fruits, you're gonna like it.
