Thanks for the reply! I guess maybe the hotel was full since the counter staff brought me out of the hotel and pointed at the short time hotel just beside it. There were a lot of working girls waiting around the reception area though so maybe I just had to wait. Just for reference the hotel is hotel CALI at 149 phan xích long.
