You are asking me what the plaque/banner in the hotel, which i've never been to, nor seen, means???
I know you are a young guy, but please use your brains a little more. There is no way i can know what the sign means unless i go there myself and i'm not gonna do that. If it bother you so much, call up the hotel and find someone there explain to you what it means. Or better yet, just forget about it, let it go, move on with your life. Next time find someone that can hold your hand when you travel to answer all these important life-changing questions for you
