Collarspace is not very active as it used to be. Most of them post on cracker.com or else fetlife.
If anyone asks you to transfer money before, it's most likely a scam. There might be exceptions, like Lady Lucelle who used to do that (not sure if she still requires that).
When you see posts like that, you need to make sure it's not a scam, usually there are several red flags, if not just check for FR in this fine thread.
Also make sure it's not a fake post using pics of legitimate dommes (cross reference contact details etc).
