The basic steps are:
1. Click on the 'weighting scale' icon on the top right corner of the post that you want to up or zap points (the icon will only appears for posts that are less than 48hours old).
2. A dialogue box will appear.
3. Check the "I approve", if you want to upped that user, ot check the "I do not approve", if you want to zap that user. Type your comments on the comment box.
4. Click "Done" or "OK" and that is it.
