It's a lifestyle issue, especially when you are older. Proper food, less alcohol, less or no smoking, exercise, sufficient rest are all essential.

I would suggest zinc supplements are necessary. Not all zinc supplements are the same, some are more bioavailable, you need to do your research. Zinc is required for testosterone production and depending on your usual diet, is usually not in abundance.

If you need a quick and dirty way of getting hard, pharmaceutical drugs are aplenty. But the side effects vary, some people have no mood for sex after taking it although they may be hard. Test it out on your own first, lest you over promise and under deliver.
