Spoke with FL that get ctc before, other stables seem to payout at end of gal tour as well, dunno if all practice same style.
Might be due to sometimes gal disappear halfway on her own, but leaving them without ticket home quite heartless on top of no payment. Guess you can see people true colour when shit hits the fan.
