The whole experience was made terrible when I came to know I paid the full price for only 1 shot and okt told me I was late and was because hotel staff demanded me to go down and register myself.
Told by staff the hotel was raided a few times hence they have to follow rules and okt even assured me don’t need register before my appointment
Okt apologised and say because her next appointment 4pm so can’t do another shot.. but my time wasn’t even up.
