Let me try to assist you on your queries.
Urut Batin. The actual and traditional Batin is supposed to be just that; ie.. an urut or massage. It is supposed to relase 'wind (angin)" in the veins around and on your shaft. Professionals can actually trace those "wind" in the veins and use massaging techniques to disperse them. In that way, your vein will be unclogged and can function properly. This will in turn make your didi function in a better capacity.
However, nowadays in most MP, urut Batin has become a tfk session. So, the practise of Batin is more towards "keluar air" now.
Not those that can make your didi stronger and last longer afterwards.
Second question, usually during your tfk session, you are "NOT" allowed to autoroam the ML. However, it depends on your "fishing" skills. If you are really handsome and/or have the know the casanova's language.... things might happen. But also be prepared to pay extra. Undressing will also incur extra "tips".
