WLs who come to Singapore are very motivated to work hence provide better service to retain more regulars.
WLs in their homeland have flexibility and control over their "careers".
As long as the demand is consistent and horny tourists keep arriving they can hang up and sell especially hot and popular girls.
So why bother provide better service when you already have volume?
All around Southeast Asia especially Thailand and Vietnam the American Style Tipper and Korean/Singapore Superstars are destroying the going rate due to unsustainable mongering habits.
