Hahah my bad for not giving a good description.
It was at raffles place. And I was standing near the escalator that goes down to the linkway towards the mrt station.
If you are familiar with raffles place, you would know some entrance to the train stations require you to climb up a few steps before you can take the escalator down to the linkway.
It was precisely because her skirt were so short and tight but she had to climb up that flight of steps which was how I saw that zg. New kind of zg for me as well 😂
