The problem is that there are enough new suckers to be fooled that the stable can afford not to care. At worst, they just rename and repeat. And since upfront bad reviews doesn't work (it gets removed), the closest thing feasible is to write FR with tact. Discerning readers will pick up the clues and decide whether to proceed. It's not perfect or ideal, but at least it works (so far).
