Haha, the tiny minority complaining here probably does not even make up any sizable portion of their client base, so yea, they will continue to do as they please because of the market situation, and people will still go. Market forces, can't do anything about it.
90mins is a long time, meaning you probably spend 45-60mins trying to small talk, which can be awkward if there is no chemistry and the ML can't massage. So ending earlier would psychologically not feel as bad for all those introverts and so they continue to patronize
