Totally feel this dude. Some MLs are so busy, they risk falling into a routine, a replicated template procedure which super regulars can get bored with after a few visits.
Some MLs have so many bookings that after a while, they become emotionally detached. Customers become just faceless bodies walking in and out of the door. Their service then becomes mechanical , without spontaneity nor feeling. Will Aini lapse into this? I don't know yet. My next few visits will tell.
I know a few extremely popular APs before have confessed that that has happened to them. Find your method to snap them out of it if you sense this might be happening. In this game, high EQ is more important than high IQ.
