No right or wrong with this attitude. It is her way of marketing and branding. For most cases, WL will delete customers off when they are no longer useful to them. Cannot make money, or carrot-ship is over. Anyway it also doesn't matter to us right? Since they aren't our friends, no need to keep in contact with them. And the wechat we use are purely for booking WL and not personal.
