I just came back from Thailand. "Almost" all the action is back to normal. The "massage" shops in soi 24 and 33 opened, but only 50% of the number of siambus then before. Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza opened.
I even hooked up with a sales assistant from Siam Paragon for a rather eventful evening.
