Been in your situation several times before, so volunteering my solution - hope this helps.
If you remember who her Mummy was, go ask which KTV the mummy is working now - and go patronize her. When the Mummy sits with you, ask to see her Wechat contacts and you should find your girl again. If you are really really keen to see the girl and don't want to "waste time" and money doing this - describe the girl to the Mummy, and ask for the girl's photo and promise a booking with her in the KTV as long as she finds you the girl. Kill two birds with one stone. The Mummy only gets paid her usual $100 tip, but she will be happy to secure a room booking because you are helping with her monthly quota.
Be prepared, though to sort through 10+ Anna contacts before you find the correct girl - this is a super popular name for both PRCs, Viets and even Thais. So it all depends, how badly you want to see her.
If your girl is Viet, and your Mummy knows you and trusts you about the KTV + girl booking - she will log into this huge Viet girl/Mummy group that has virtually all the Viet girls/mummies in Singapore.
