Bonking Premises: Its a pretty rundown apartment but at least its not a hotel, i.e. more privacy. I've seen worse and compared to those, this is actually decent enough. I would have preferred a condo but that will also mean higher costs to customers.
Room and toilet is generally neat & tidy and overall most bros should have no issues. Would give more points for a nicer apartment.
