Newly registered accounts will have 0 power and 20 points by default.

They get their 1st 'power' at 50 rep points but as we all know, new accounts tend to have a higher chance of being clone accounts posting FRs.

Not to say that there are no newly registered accounts posting genuine FRs but, one can only guess what is the % of genuine FRs from new accounts

Nowadays gotta do so much 'recon' work on FRs posted before targeting which lady to book to avoid landmines which is such a hassle..
