Usually when me and friend go club hopping we do that. Get one tower stay then see if lady or music is good if not we just leave after the tower done. But usually girls will come to drink up your tower fast or the waiter will keep pestering you. So yes can be done just be prepared. But ktv will depend on the room you choose some have minimum order for the room.
