Went to New Shanghai in Geylang last week with a friend during HH.
We went at 4pm plus. HH is 4pm to 9pm. Ordered 2 towers (include a plate of fried finger food) = $163 nett.
There were ard 10 viet girls during HH. Girl tip is $50 for HH and SH respectively.
But dun expect to find cute young syt there.
