The last trip I took both pinoys no regrets but need to be lucky haha.

Had a lot of other nego with Thai lbs and local Malay lbs, in the end didn't proceed. There's service even as low as 120rm but the house or hotel is in bad condition, so up to hunters to decide if they can stomach this.

Many Thai LBs staying at Plaza DNP, price 150 to 200rm. Condition of rooms average at best. Must be careful also, I have reliable info that some are heavy drug users and a few have offered me these illegal stuff. I normally stay away from this area Thai Lbs unless daytime, night time dont dare to go.

For the Malay LBs, only tried twice. The rest of the nego with others take very long to proceed, very slow replies or they stay in some residential area I wasn't willing to go. Surprisingly, level of English is poor and although I know Malay, wasn't comfortable enough to take more Malay LBs, cos sometimes the price too good to be true lol
