It’s all about marketing. If I remember correctly she was only doing outcall at $600 per hour and also taking 2/3 clients a day. There was hardly any reviews.
Now she changed name and does incall and up her price ( due to hotel charges), she suddenly have numerous reviews and almost always fully booked.
