Eh prob wrong example la. Reason why everyone kena charge is probably cos this case is underage. Once underage don’t care consent or the girl is FL is a crime already so the hammer comes strong and fast. And in this case I don’t think police got so eng go and test all the DNA. How will dna stay for so long in a room or body? The girl will bathe also one leh, they probably do it in different rooms also leh. It’s most probably because of phone or sms records. Either found on her phone or from telcos, this kind more efficient and clear cut evidence. The guys can of course refuse to admit but can get charged with more like perjury which makes it worse so they would admit out of guilt.
