RTM 2 more times can significantly tell a drop in service and in a way simply lazy. the massage used to be good then subsequently just lie beside and tcss

easy to say they are humans too u nice to them they reciprocate etc but from a business point of view if standards cannot be consistent, more profitable to offer to new and potentials than returning
