Bro I suspect it's because there's a face on the note. So if you are using any kind of elaborate filters, the note will get it too. Its probably for proof that she looks exactly as it shows in the video. Also, it's probably an SG note because of relevancy. Won't feel the same if she holds up RMB 50 (even funnier because China is now a cashless society)
