i think every week also have raids going on one, they are paid salary to do work, of course must catch one or 2 every week, it's just if you are unlucky enough to assist them with their investigations, a rule of thumb is if u see people that are not the security guards near the guard post or if people are watching you as you try to enter the condo, better play safe and back off.
