Very Bad Experience by RUBY at JIN YU SPA, 13 OPAL CRESCENT S328408
JIN YU SPA at 13 Opal Crescent. Ruby is very money faced. Gave me a lousy piano massage and request for more money for extra service, $60 entrance for 1 hr, $150 for HJ only. Cannot bargain at all. Please avoid this shop at all cost.
