That's is the unfortunate bit about her. Her mind was willing...and she made many of us very happy with her sprightly spirit and her eagerness and enthusiasm. However her body was weak, especially her gut. Tried to see whether lactose free whey protein and probiotics might help her gain some weight and energy but I don't think that worked.
Oh well, better to have "loved" and lost, then not to have loved at all.
