Info on Ban Xia and Luo Luo from slg.
Was regular on Ban Xia (Luna) and she also recommend her friend Luo Luo recently. Now Ban xia has RTC (will return) and her slg has updated to Luo Luo mobile.

Conclusion:
Yes the banxia now is indeed luo luo, and not the same with the picture. The arrangement for using the number in banxia page seemingly sus. However I must mention luoluo remain a hardworking
