Well, from my recent experience, some MLs won't offer zhut unless you ask, and even then they allow quite reluctantly. Even though I was gentle and didn't suck hard or only licked, they would pull away after a short while and say it's ticklish. These days the MLs I've visited won't allow prolonged zhut or licking.
