If you can commit a number of times per week or per month, then for better value for money you might as well pay per month with some agreement on exclusivity and capping of no. of meet ups per week etc. You can then go for a short-term 3-6 mths arrangement or longer 6 mths to 1 year 'contract' agreement. Sugar babes are called sugar babes because they would prefer to have a stable source of income guaranteed for a certain period then they are willing to commit to you on a stable relationship else they are no difference from Cheekons.
You just can't have the cake and eat it too.
