I don't understand why ml always say it's more risky during daytime hours. I always thought that evening hours is more risky because there will be more customers and thus more chance of catching the illegal acts. What, the ml thinks that AV only work during office hours?

For those FL in condo and hotel it seems the wee hours of the morning is a favourite time for raid because the ladies will be sleeping, too slow to react or run away.
Anyway the shop can get closed down for various reason of non-compliance even if the MLs are doing nothing incriminating. The paperwork or licences may not be in order, e.g. TCM with no doctor in-house, beauty shop offering massages in closed cubicles, etc. all can get the shop shut down if a check is conducted, any time of the day.
Best defence against being caught in the act is just to expedite your bonking, don't take too long
Some people always like to say can pump for half hour , if indeed true, is just taking a big risk of being interrupted mid-action.
