Haha, i can't help but want to comment on this part. I think the "good body theory" is not the main factor when it comes to attract women. it does help to give a good first impression.
Trust me on this part, I'm a regular gym goer and other than working out in the gym daily, I make sure to keep a healthy diet to upkeep the physique. That said, it didnt help me much in attracting women to giving my little bro a happy ending. I share your wish when I see sexy babies in the gym at my yoga classes actually.
