Every now and then, got bros complaining about certain WL service.
I'm sure all of you notice some mall toilet have this "Toilet Feedback Panel", if Geylang implement this, will it make WL think twice about giving bad service?
As incentive, maybe those WL whom got above 95% "Excellent Service" feedback can have their stay in SG extend longer so they can make more money.
It will indirectly make those whom want stay longer to provide better service.
It will be win win situation for all.
