That mostly depends on how well-reviewed your target is. If you commando, better add a few more years to prevent disappointment.
So far even for MLs that got some form of good review, my assessment is like that for their stated age:
23-25: +5to8
26-29: +8to10
>30: wide open for your imagination… try to believe hhahaha
Anyway my assessment is irrespective of their looks. You can be old but look chio, or young but look average.
