Another excellent advice from bro Topper. Thanks for upping me with some points previously, though I don't know what are the uses of these points lol.
I would like to add another exercise to your jumping jack and pushup. Which is chinup or pullup for back, biceps and grip muscle. All these upper body muscles are pulling muscles, unlike pushing muscles (chest, triceps) train by pushup. It would give us a more balanced upper body muscles.
