Heard that also in BKK, there're these internal cleansing treatments whereby the therapists insert coffee beans into your A Hole, together with some other stuff. Then you take the dump and clean everything out. Apparently, after that, you entire system is clear...

How true is this I dunno...Just heard from a mate of mine in BKK. LOL
