It is because of like-minded contributors here that makes it possible for all bros here to:

- save time (more productive since one will knowing where to go instead of trying blindly)
- save money (on over-priced places and not waste good money on places with poor quality or service.)
- and for the uninitiated newbies… a place to start…

So ThANKS to all the contributors in this section that helped made my trip to bkk last week a success. You know who you are… so a Big Pat on your backs!

Going with the culture of sharing here so that everyone can benefit, I will post some FR on both the places I visited as well as the girls, (so long as my time permits.)

This is my virgin post and first FR, so please bear with me (or guide me) if it’s not up to standard.

I will start with a short report on Thonglor Massage. (I visited both thonglor 1 and 2).

I found out that this place is owned by a Singaporean living in Bkk with a thai wife.

The place:
lobby and reception
1. Thonglor 2 (T2) (soi 26) is plain and simply furnished but spacious, fluorescent-lit and clean.
2. Thonglor 1 (T1) (soi 24) is lighted by warm lighting and the reception is furnished with a hint of balinese styling ambience. But everything the reception feels cramp with squeezing to much décor into a small space.

Rooms
1. Generally, the rooms in T2 are more spacious than T1
2. Rooms in T1 looks slightly more rundown than T2, but both are clean and ambience sufficient to help you relax.

Process:
Once you enter, the “receptionist” will invite you to seat and ask your drink reference: ice tea/coke/ice water.
Then they will show you a menu of the packages they have from 2500B to 400B. The range from full spa (I think - 2 ½ hours bodyscrub, bath and oil massage) to basic 1hr thai massage. All packages exclude extras (special)
Once you have selected, you will be asked to pay for the package you selected. Next they will bring you the portfolio of girls for you to choose. When you have selected the girl, they will make a phonecall for the girls to come down to meet you. They will bring cotton slippers and change you out of your shoes, keeping them in your assigned locker. The girl will then bring you to your assigned room.

Other observations:
I understand at any one time, there are about 40 girls available. (I am not sure if this is for each outlet or for both outlets combined.) Some girls have their photos posted in the albums at both outlets.
Sometimes, if the girl you select is serving other customers, receptionist will tell you she is not available. If you selected a girl that is located at the other outlet, they will call for her and she will arrive by motorcycle.. (you will face a short wait…. 10mins??)

At T2, I notice the album is organized in order (with the best looking girls in front. The more you flip, the poorer the quality of girls.) The album in T1 was not organized in any particular order. I could have happily selected 5 or 6 girls straightaway at first glance (by that I felt they had a decent portfolio of girls). This is true at both outlets.

But depending on the time you go, many of the better girls were serving other customers. (This was the case when I want to T1 after around 8.30pm.) So it would be wise to avoid typical peak periods.
