Good, comprehensive info (wah, you even leg it via bus transfer).
Yeah, jumping into departure level cabbie is fastest. Especially if you arrive at peak evening hours, the public taxi Q can be loooong into lobby area. Only bit is you must go to start of terminal (with security barricade).
As for friendly limo touts (smartly dressed ladies) dotted everywhere in arrival lobby, it is expensive. Limo counters inside/outside terminal also gives you options on minivan etc.
And there's always pirate taxis across taxi lane outside arrival hall. Avoid, as they quote you fixed fare -but scrimp on tollway. Once last year, long detour ard 11pm and I had to take a smoke break (with cabbie) kns
