If one can not pronounce properly due to the mouth gap not big enough, try opening your mouth and practise "mouthing the breasts" (open up your mouth to match the size of the breast that you are going to suck) and this will widen your mouth to get better pronunciation. For better gap, always choose 36C and above sizes for practices.
