As mentioned by some brothers here, Qatar is a damn strict Muslim country that restricted on prostitution. For your information, PRC below 30 years old are very difficult to get in this country unless with proper reason and documents.
But, there's still some gold that you could find in the desert. You could try go Ramada, there's a club in the hotel, you may see some freelance if you are lucky.
I am not sure the info that I provided is updated as I was there back to year 2006.
